Rotary Screen Drums are widely used in Liquid-Solid separation equipment. There are basically two types of constructions. One piece all welded construction, and segmented construction in sections for ease of parts replacement in abrasive applications.

OKINAWA FILTERS has developed proprietary designs for different applications such as sugar and ethanol processes, mining, waste water treatment, etc. These designs include rotary drums that feature slot openings from 50 microns (0.002”) to 10 mm (0.4”), segmented drums for standard sector replacements, diverse solid removal systems and reinforcements for heavy duty applications. Drum diameters and lengths can be as large as 3 meters (10 ft) and 7 meters (23 ft) respectively.

In addition to our proprietary and well-tested designs, OKINAWA FILTERS fabricates rotary drums according to customer’s specific designs.
